ROLE

web designer

I design interactive homepage and subpage templates for county-level economic development organizations, creating scalable design systems and implementation-ready prototypes.

Working from client briefs, existing brand materials, and content requirements, I translate limited visual assets into modern, engaging digital experiences that balanced accessibility, responsiveness, and scalable design thinking.

Each project required designing flexible page structures and reusable UI patterns that could support a wide range of CMS-driven content while staying aligned with the organization’s branding and goals.

I built component-based design systems within Bootstrap 5 framework constraints and WCAG accessibility standards, refining typography, spacing systems, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns to create polished, user-friendly interfaces across desktop and mobile experiences. Interactive Figma prototypes were used to communicate interactions, ui animations, and page flow before development.

Beyond visual design, I structured files and components to closely mirror the development implementation, using organized naming conventions and reusable patterns to streamline developer handoff and support scalable website templates.

The final live sites were further expanded and adapted by the development team and clients through the agency’s CMS system.
